Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Very well made .
After exhaustive research and reading countless reviews, I purchased this set of rainwear and I'm SO thankful I did! The material is a good weight and durable. All seams are sealed on the inside. The jacket has pockets with an overlapping flap to keep items dry. The zipper is sturdy and did not snag material. The sleeves have an elastic cuff that is 2-3" inside the end to keep rain from traveling inside. I wasn't 100% which size to get (I'm 5'4" and 190#) so I ordered both a large and XL - the large fit, but was still a little big, with plenty of room to layer underneath the jacket and wear hiking pants under the bottoms. The pants were a little long on ME - but I have a short inseam. The hood is on the larger side, fit nicely over a ball cap and can be pulled tighter. I returned the XL with zero problems. I wore this hiking for 3 days with everything from light mist/fog to torrential downpours and it kept me dry and warm. The material sheds water extremely well and held up climbing rocky paths and tight trails with branches rubbing. It also dries quickly. I like that it folds up nicely and fits back into the bag it comes in. It *may* be a little heavy for thru hikers who are carrying everything with them, but it worked great with a base camp and day pack ????

My third Tide We product. I have two pairs of boots, the first are about 4 years old and still great boots. This rain gear is a great value, the camo is great. I expect the stitching will hold up well too. Very good quality all around.

Using the jacket currently with my tidewe 1600g breathable waders. Works great and keeps me dry chasing ducks. I’m sure it will work great for spring time fishing and turkey hunting.

Inexpensive packable rain suit that is similar to Frogg Toggs. Seams are taped and are sealed well. I’ve only used them once and they held the rain out. They are a bit noisy in the woods but a few washings should help that. I would avoid bulldozing through briars even though they have a thin fabric on the exterior. I’m sure thorns will puncture the membrane. But for the price they seem like a good value for a packable rain suit that will provide good service in most situations.

Overall quality seems good. I really like the camo pattern as well. As far as fitment I'm 6' 1" and 210 lbs and the XL was a little snug with anything but just a t-shirt. If you want to wear a sweatshirt or jacket it was tighter than I like. I ordered an XXL and gave the XL to my son. The XXL fit much better for my intended use. Surprisingly the XXL wasn't that much bigger than the XL, but enough to wear a hunting jacket underneath and not feel like it was going to rip.
